Rain caught us so headed thru to Rome for a couple of nights. Did a day's tour of the city but go drowned in heavy downpour with thunder and lightning.

Ferentillo
Headed south, now for a few days climbing at Ferentillo. Helen joined up with the crew, goin thru basic training.
Pistoia
Caught up with Shanti and Eli for a day climbing near Pistoia. They took me out to the local pub for some night life and the following night invited me to a family dinner as they were heading to Costa Rica the following day.
Firenze
Headed south to catch up with Kate for her birthday in Florence. Went to a soccer match by bike and ate from the best gf bakery near kates work.
Val di mello
Headed to val masino after mtb. Ran into Greg and Jean there soon after arriving, did a boulder comp with them the next day. Awesome spot worth a return visit with a rack and double ropes:-o.
Livigno
Went to mottolino bike park for some gondola action, snowed on me and at night. Rode the 2006 world's dh course:-#
